Project Summary: Pancreatic cancers have a very poor prognosis and the project team have discovered that a protein derivative sensitises cancer cells to currently used treatments, potentially making highly treatment-resistant pancreatic cancers responsive to chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. The augmentation treatment effect by the derivative will be examined in human pancreatic cancers expressed in mice.
