2014 "Put Your Foot Down" Melbourne Walk

Monday, 05 May 2014 Posted in Past Events, 2014

A cold, wet morning in Melbourne was no barrier to the overwhelming support for our fourth annual Melbourne “Put your Foot Down” walk. We had a record 569 registrations which was more than double last year and blitzed the impressive record set just one month ago at our Perth walk. More than $51,000 has been raised so far and Wellcom one of our corporate partners has also committed to match the profits from the event up to a total of $50,000. Once the costs have been taken out we should end up with more than $90,000! This would be the best result from any walk from any year and is testament to the generosity and support of so many.
